Privacy policy

We respect and protect your privacy. For this reason we created a document that lists subjects related to gathering and using information about the users and clients of Tamago Software Sp. z o. o. (LLC).

Personal data provided by users and clients is carried out on the basis of the consent expressed by the users and clients and requirements of the law in particular with Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) No 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data and repeal of Directive 95/46/WE (hereinafter referred to as “RODO”).

The data are stored on Tamago Software Sp. z o. o.’s (LLC) servers.

The storage method of entrusted data on our servers: websites, e-mail accounts is in accordance with the Data Protection Act. This data is protected by various types of security.

Data administration

The controller for data collected via Tamago website is Tamago Software Sp. z o. o. (LLC) with its registered office in Warsaw, ul. Armii Krajowej 116/15, 81-824 Sopot, is entered in the National Court Registry (KRS) kept by the District Court of Northern Gdańsk in Gdańsk, 8th Economic Department of the National Court Register, under the number 0000911737 (KRS), the share capital amounts to 50 000 PLN.

The Personal Data Controller declares that he is taking particular care to protect the interests of data subjects, in particular, ensures that collected data are processed in accordance with the law; collected for legally designated purposes and are not further processed for any other purposes; substantively correct and fit for the purpose that are processed and stored in the form that allows identification of the persons that they concern no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing.

Data collecting purpose

Personal data collected by the Personal Data Controller will be processed in hereinafter stated purposes:

  • receiving commercial information from the Personal Data Collector to the indicated e-mail address, on the basis of Article 6 (1) (a) of the General Data Protection Regulation. This applies in particular to marketing information sent to the client if he or she inserts e-mail in the designated box and consents by marking the checkbox to receive marketing information. These materials apply only to the products offered by the Personal Data Collector;
  • direct marketing – which is bound to legally justified interest of the Personal Data Collector (art. 6 (1) (f) of RODO);
  • contacting in the course of sending a query by the available forms in the period necessary to provide appropriate response, which arises from giving the consent that is given voluntarily through demonstration of will to consent for processing personal data and takes the form of evident action confirming in a form of message or indirect data transmission, in particular contact details.

The Personal Data Collector may process hereinafter stated clients’ personal data: name and surname; e-mail address; phone number.

Data retention period

The collected personal data will be kept for a period necessary to achieve the purpose, until the consent is withdrawn or reasoned objections are submitted.

Data recipients

The Personal Data Collector may transfer the data to the suppliers, whose services will be responsible for personal data processing, e.g. IT service providers, entities that process bulk e-mail deliveries. These entities process the data on the basis of an agreement with the Personal Data Collector and only in accordance to his instructions.

In the event of an inspection, accordingly to the Personal Data Act, the client’s data may be made available to the inspectors.

Data transfers to third countries

The Personal Data Collector does not transfer collected data outside the European Economic Area.

Personal data transfer outside the European Economic Area takes place when one of the following conditions is met: (i) processing is done by the entity in respect of which a decision has been issued that determines the right degree of protection, (ii) processing is done by the entity, who takes part in the Privacy Shield Program, (iii) processing is done by the entity within binding corporate rules.

Data security

Personal data is stored on secured servers. Access to the data is limited only to selected employees and associates. The place and mean of data storing has a purpose of providing full security.

Client’s rights in relation to the processing of personal data undertaking automated decisions

Clients have the following rights in relation to the processing of personal data:

  • withdraw the consent for the processing of personal data,
  • access personal data and obtain its copy,
  • rectify (correct) personal data,
  • request the deletion of personal data,
  • request to limit the processing of personal data,
  • object to the processing of personal data due to the occurrence of special circumstance, which justifies the objection of the data to no longer be processed,
  • transfer personal data, i.e. the right to receive personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. The right to transfer personal data shall only apply to those data which is processed in accordance to an agreement and/or consent.

To exercise the above rights, the client may contact the Personal Data Collector – see contact details above. To ensure that the person contacting the Personal Data Collector is a person eligible to submit an application, the Personal Data Collector may ask the person to provide additional information allowing to reliably authenticate and identify the person.

Right to withdraw the consent

In so far the data is processed in accordance with the consent, the consent may be withdrawn at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the legality of the processing carried out prior to its withdrawal. Your consent may be withdrawn by way of sending a statement on consent withdrawal to the mail address or our e-mail address.

The right to file a complaint to the authority

The client has the right to file a complaint to the supervisory authority responsible for personal data protection, i.e. the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data

Cookie files

This website uses “cookies” technique. A cookie is a small file stored on the computer’s server and user’s browser. Cookies are not used to download or store any personal data, user’s addresses or any confidential information from his or her computer.

Cookies are used for adjusting the content of the web pages to the preferences of the user and for optimization of websites usage. In particular, these files allow to recognize user’s device, and properly display a webpage, which is adjusted to users’ individual needs. In addition, they are used to create statistics that help to understand the manner in which users utilize the website, which allows to improve its structure and contents.

Cookies ensure that the user’s session is maintained (after logging in), so that the user does not have to enter a login and a password on each page of the website.

Cookies settings

In many cases software used to browse websites (web browser), by default, accepts storage of information in the form of cookies and other similar technologies in the user’s device. The users can at any time make change to cookie settings. In particular in such a way as to block the automatic handling of cookies in the settings of the web browser or inform about their every posting in the user’s device. Detailed information about the possibilities and ways of handling cookies are available in the software (web browser) settings. We would like to inform, however, that limiting the use of cookies may affect some functionalities on the websites of Tamago Software Sp. z o. o. (LLC). Some data from server logs (IP address, domain, etc.) is only used for the purpose of maintaining statistics of number of visits of the Tamago Software Sp. z o. o. (LLC) website and administrating company’s server.
