We started in the Tricity, and today we work with companies across Poland. We build systems that take over manual work and connect with the apps the company already uses. With AI we implement faster and at a lower cost, and after launch we keep looking after the system.
We have worked for Hertz, Škoda and WSiP, among others. Most of our clients stay with us for years after the first project.
How it started
Ten years ago we were the technical team of an agency. Today we build systems that companies work on every day. Along the way we learned a few things that still show in how we work.
The beginning
Tamago Software grew out of the technical team of a marketing agency. We built websites for campaigns that had to sell, and ever since then we ask in every project how it will work for the client's results.

For several years we worked as a subcontractor for agencies and software houses. It taught us to deliver on other people's deadlines, but the best projects came out of talking to the client directly. That is why today we work without intermediaries.

A system your team uses every day needs ongoing support. Your request goes to the people who built it, which is why you do not have to explain everything from scratch.

How much does support cost?
Support is a monthly subscription that starts after the system is accepted, and we quote it together with the implementation. During the build you pay only for the implementation.

We keep watch over security
We keep an eye on risks all the time. We monitor how the system runs and follow security alerts for the libraries, frameworks and plugins it uses.

What happens when there is an alert?
We check whether the vulnerability affects your system, prepare a fix, test it and deploy it. We tell you about it in the report, or right away when the matter is urgent.

Sometimes it turns out that an off-the-shelf app or plugin is enough and nothing has to be built from scratch. Then we say so.

We take responsibility for the system
AI speeds up our work, and responsibility for the system stays with us. When something does not work, you know who changed that part of the system and who will fix it.

No. We agree the price before work starts, and it does not change during the build. We add new ideas after launch, within the subscription hours or as another stage with a separate quote.
You do. The intellectual property rights (economic copyright) pass to you, and the data is your company’s property. If you ever want to, you can develop the system with another vendor.

Our JAJO
Four principles we follow when we work with clients. Their Polish names spell JAJO, which means egg, just like tamago in Japanese.
