Yes. We move clients, contacts and deals from Pipedrive, and projects, tasks and time tracking history from ClickUp. The time history stays in Yolk as an archive, so past billing does not change.
The data is on a server we maintain for your company, with daily backups. It belongs to your company, and every change is kept in a log with the value before and after.
We add it within the subscription hours or as a separate stage with its own quote. Modules your company does not use are switched off without deleting data.
The subscription covers hosting, updates, backups, support with an agreed response time and team hours for developing the system.
How we price the work
We give the exact implementation price after the assessment, once we know how many people will work in the system and where we move the data from. The subscription depends on the number of people in the system.
