Let's talkpl

Portals and platforms for your clients and partners, launched in stages.

Classifieds portals, platforms for doctors and specialists, services with user accounts, training and e-learning platforms. We start with a version that works or earns money and add the full scope in later stages.

Designed for conversion and user engagement

Secure data and fast performance

The first stage within your starting budget

Payments and integrations from day one

Does this sound familiar

You have an idea and a budget, and you need a partner to build it

01

You have a business model and your first partners, and no system that can serve outside users.

02

Agencies quote a year and a six-figure sum for the whole thing, and you want to test the model on the market within a few months.

03

Your current portal cannot handle the traffic, integrations and payments, and every change takes weeks.

The first version goes to users and collects data. We base the plan for the next stage on that data.

What changes after the implementation

What you get in the first stage and after it

01

More sign-ups and payments

We lay out sign-up, search and payment on mockups. After launch we improve them based on data about where users drop off.

02

A quick market test

You test the first version on real users before you spend the whole budget.

03

Payments and integrations from the start

User accounts, payments and integrations with portals or banks work from day one.

04

Budget spread over stages

You decide on the next stage once the previous one is running and you see its results.

05

Development based on data

We choose new features based on how users use the platform.

What we build most often

Products used by people outside your company

Classifieds and directory portal

Problem

Listings and content are scattered, users cannot find what they are looking for, and adding a new category needs a developer.

Result

We build a directory with search and filters, advertiser accounts, moderation and paid featured listings, and prepare the structure for Google indexing.

Sales and booking platform

Problem

The offer, availability and financing are in separate tools, and the client has to call to find out whether something is free.

Result

The client searches the offer, checks current availability and books or sends an inquiry online, and the platform connects to classifieds portals and banks.

Fundraising platform

Problem

Donations come in from several sources, and settling accounts for beneficiaries means spreadsheets and transfers assigned to people by hand.

Result

The platform runs sub-accounts, accepts one-off and recurring donations, handles the 1.5% tax donation campaign and assigns donations to the right sub-account itself.

Platform for doctors and specialists

Problem

Specialists, patients or clients make appointments and exchange documents by phone and e-mail, and every visit needs manual handling.

Result

The specialist has a profile and a calendar, the client books a slot and pays online, and documents and history are in one place.

Training and e-learning platform

Problem

Courses and training are spread across several tools, and every purchase or new employee means granting access by hand.

Result

The learner buys access online or is given a training path, goes through lessons and tests, and you see progress and issue certificates.

Service with user accounts and payments

Problem

Content or services should be available only to logged-in or paying users, and your current tool cannot handle that.

Result

Users sign up, get access to their own areas and pay online or by subscription, and you manage them in one panel.

AI in the app

AI can work for the portal’s users and for your team. It finds listings described in plain language, pre-moderates ads and prepares descriptions from the data a user entered.

  • Search in plain language
  • Content pre-moderation
  • Listing descriptions from data
How we work

How we work together

Step 01

Free assessment

We talk about how your team works today and find where manual work takes the most hours. After the assessment you get a preliminary quote.

Step 02

Scope and contract

We write down in documentation what will be built, in what order and by when. We plan the implementation stages from that.

Step 03

Mockups for approval

Before any code is written, you click through the system’s screens in your browser and send your comments. Developers start once you approve the design.

Step 04

Staged implementation

We build the system in stages. You check progress on a test server and accept the whole system before launch.

Step 05

Support after launch

The subscription covers hosting, security, updates and team hours for development. The system is looked after by the same people who built it.

Pricing

How we price the work

We give a preliminary quote after the assessment. The cost of the first stage depends on the number of user types, payments and integrations.

  1. 01

    First stage

We set the price of the first stage before we start, and it does not change during the build.

  2. 02

    Maintenance and development

After launch: hosting, monitoring, an agreed response time for outages and development of new features.

    Fixed subscription

This offer is not for ideas with no budget for development after the first stage: a portal that nobody develops loses users.

What clients ask us
before they decide

The questions we hear most often in the first conversation.

It depends on the scope of the first stage, which is why we agree it together in the assessment. You get the schedule together with the quote.

Yes, that is exactly how we work. In the first stage we build what lets you earn money or gather users, and we plan the rest for later stages.

Yes. We build platforms with courses, lessons, tests and certificates, selling access online or for internal training with progress reports for the HR department.

We are. The platform runs on Tamago infrastructure, and we look after performance, backups and monitoring. When traffic grows, we scale the servers as part of maintenance.

You do. The intellectual property rights (economic copyright) to the platform pass to your company, and the user accounts and data are yours from day one.

Yes, if the system offers an API. We have built integrations with Otomoto, banks and payment gateways many times. We agree the scope at the documentation stage.

Native mobile apps and services that require medical or banking certification. If your idea is not a fit for us, we will tell you in the first conversation.
