Fundraising platform with sub-accounts and online donations for Fundacja JiM

Two kinds of people come to the Fundacja JiM website: those looking for help and those who want to support the foundation. We designed and implemented a website where knowledge about neurodivergence meets a fundraising platform: online donations, sub-accounts and the 1.5% tax campaign.

Two kinds of visitors

Fundacja JiM supports neurodivergent people and their families. It runs clinics, schools and preschools, plus social campaigns. The website had to work just as well for someone looking for help as for a donor.

Scope of work

We went the whole way with the foundation: workshops and analysis, information architecture, UX mockups, graphic design and the website with online payments and a sub-account platform. After the launch we still maintain and develop it.

I need help, I want to help

Visitors pick one of two main paths. "I am looking for help" leads to diagnosis, screening tests and legal aid. "I want to help" leads to online donations, regular support and donating 1.5% of income tax.

A beneficiary signs up on the sub-account platform, logs in and raises funds on their own sub-account. The appeals and fundraising sections engage donors.
