Production planning and online sales of baked goods for Rogalik

The Rogalik bakery and patisserie in Gdynia got two things from us: a website with an online shop where customers order baked goods, and an app for production planning. We designed and implemented both.

Baking since 1985

Rogalik has been baking since 1985 and runs 12 shops in Gdynia and Gdańsk. The project was meant to move the product range and orders online and, along the way, organize production planning.

Scope of work

We began with workshops and analysis. Then came the information architecture and graphic design, and finally the website, the online shop and the production planning app.

Baked goods online

On the website the products are split into bread, cakes, celebration cakes, pastries and savory snacks. There are also news and the bakery’s locations.

Customers order baked goods in the online shop with a cart. On the other side, the bakery team plans production in an app that complements the shop.
